MY NAME IS EMILY GORHAM AND I AM THE CEO OF ENCHANTED HAIR SALON THE GO, I CREATED THIS BUSINESS IN 2014 TO GIVE WOMEN AN ENVIRONMENT OF HAVING THEIR OWN SPACE OF PREPARATION WITHOUT HAVING THE CROWDED SPACE OF A SALON. WE PROVIDE HAIRSTYLING AND MAKEUP APPLICATION FOR BRIDES, BRIDAL PARTIES & SPECIAL EVENTS. HOWEVER AS WE GREW WE EXPANDED AND ADDED A MAKEUP SERVICE AND CREATED A BEAUTY BRAND WHICH IS OUR SISTER COMPANY CALLED “EMILY’S ENCHANTED COSMETICS.”
OUR SISTER COMPANY WAS CREATED IN NOVEMBER OF 2020 WITH THE IDEA OF HAVING A LIP GLOSS LINE. HOWEVER WE HAVE EXPANDED AND ADDED MORE PRODUCTS AND NOW WE’VE ADDED A SKIN CARE LINE COLLECTION TO OUR BEAUTY BRAND.
I WANTED TO GIVE ALL WOMEN AN OPTION TO CHOOSE THEIR FAVORITE BEAUTY PRODUCT WITH CONFIDENCE & TO LET ALL CLIENTS AND CUSTOMERS KNOW THAT OUR BEAUTY PRODUCTS ARE AFFORTABLE FOR THEM.

We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. While we hope that you are always satisfied with your Emily’s Enchanted Cosmetics purchase. Please note that because these are personal beauty products, we do not accept returns. If your item is received damaged, we will issue a full refund or credit equal to the product/s that were damaged.
Product condition – The returned item be unopened in order to return and receive a refund.
Charges, if any – Customers will need to pay a $9.00 restocking fee for each returned item.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS POLICY
If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, you may contact customer service within 15 days for a replacement. Items will not be replaced after 15 days. Please contact customer service at customerservice@enchantedhairsalononthego.com or by phone at 1-908-219-9258 (M-F 9AM-6PM EST) and we will respond with the appropriate exchange instructions.
